We’ll manage all device backups on the agreed upon schedule, with periodic copies placed in secure off-site storage. If you have a need or a problem, you will have a phone number and a SPELLNET icon on your desktop that you can double click for service – “SPELLNET, I need some help”.

From time to time, we suspect it will be worthwhile for you to have a personal training session. These sessions can be done remotely via WebEx, video link, or in person as appropriate.
